The sun was just to the left of the scene.

Lovely, David, but what have you done to the two ship-like blocks of flats that everyone's complaining about? Poetic licence with reality?
You mean Dawsons' Heights? They are off to the left, where the window prevented me going. Get me on that roof and you can have the whole picture.
